Embodying the digestive system is about experiencing practical, healthy body knowledge and also going on a metaphorical journey. It’s your contents, your volume, your inner support. It will acquaint you with the different characters and characteristics of the organs. This work invites you to know your own truth about your insides; to become more aware of the life of your digestive tube, all its twists and turns, bulges and kinks. You will feel, explore, ask questions, and learn about your inner workings.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm
$120 for 6 weeks
A half hour to intentionally down shift from active doing to restful activity at the beginning of the evening. Each class will be focused on building new skills to explore rest within the body’s tissues: muscles, bones, organs, nerves, fluids, skin, fat, fascia. You will experience many ways to enter into a resting state and bring that internal feeling into restful activity towards sleep. This class will help you make an intentional shift into calm and begin a relaxed evening.
You will need a comfortable place in your home to lie down - A rug or mat on the floor, a bed, a reclining chair. Make sure you have room to stretch out wide. Have pillows and a blanket nearby or whatever you need to make you comfortable sidelying, lying on your back, and sitting.
