Sessions include touch, guided movement, talk, and embodied experiences that can address specific issues of tension and limitation, movement habits and postural choices, embodied anatomy as a means of personal expression and relationship.

Please wear comfortable clothes to move in and leave an extra 15 minutes in case we run over time. Sometimes your body needs more time for the work to be complete. Also anticipate an hour and 15 minutes for the initial visit.


Rates

$120 for an hour session $180 for an hour and a half.

Sliding Scale: $120 to $65, $180 to $120

I try to make sessions affordable for everyone. If the sliding scale doesn’t work for you email or call me.

My primary modality is Body-Mind Centering.

Each BMC practitioner practices a bit differently. My practice inclines towards movement patterns, to sitting, standing, pushing, reaching, and walking with ease and alignment. I like to help you do what you want to do in ways that support your movement and well-being. I like to help people find support both within themselves and from how they interact in their environment. I also like to help people find rest and balance both emotionally and physically.

I teach about your body’s anatomy so that you have a clear image and knowledge of the issues that are affecting you. Embodying your anatomy is at the root of my work.

I believe that when you change your relationship with your body and your movement, you change your life.
